Psychological support program for employees

Corporate program for improving the psychological stability and mental health of our employees. The company helps to arrange counseling with a psychologist for the company employees. Every employee can get advice online at any time through video meetings, chats on Telegram, or open online lectures.

Program goals:

•  support the mental health of employees;
• psychological counseling for workers who became victims or witnesses of domestic violence;
• development of knowledge and attention to the psycho-emotional state of oneself and others.

Employee health is a key priority for Starlight Media. Mental wellness, as an integral part of it, requires attention and professional support. That is why our company decided to create a corporate psychological support program without delay. Already more than 200 employees have taken part in open online lectures which always lead to lively discussions and conversations about current methods of mutual aid.
