Ensuring equal rights and opportunities is a key value of Starlight Media. The company continuously collaborates with a professional inclusion consultant to systematically create an inclusive space and a culture of diversity and tolerance.

Starlight Media implements a project for enhancing inclusion in five areas:

• improvement of technical conditions in the accessibility of its locations;
• development of knowledge and culture of inclusion;
• compliance with corporate policies and regulations;
• inclusive recruiting;
• advocating for equality and inclusion in content.

In 2020, Starlight Media launched its barrier-free project. The first of the company’s locations is already equipped with a special elevator, ramp, and parking spaces for people with disabilities.
