The company continuously collaborates with a professional inclusion consultant to systematically create an inclusive space and a culture of diversity and tolerance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Starlight Media implements a project for enhancing inclusion in five areas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">improvement of technical conditions in the accessibility of its locations;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">development of knowledge and culture of inclusion;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">compliance with corporate policies and regulations;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inclusive recruiting;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">advocating for equality and inclusion in content.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2020, Starlight Media launched its barrier-free project.
